Successful snow preservation due to glacier protection nonwoven
We need our glaciers and the glaciers need our protection. That's why we use our nonwovens for the active protection of glaciers. The glacier protection mat was specifically developed to protect against the melting of snow and ice.
Solar rays are reflected to a high degree. The low thermal conductivity ensures that less energy from the air can contribute to the melting of snow and ice. The optimised surface structure prevents snow from sliding down (risk of avalanche). Water, on the other hand, can largely drain off superficially and thus does not contribute to the melting process.
